“I have been using Hayloft since lockdown in 2020. The team are caring, kind and totally professional. I am particularly grateful to them for the way they cared for my beautiful Ash. He had cat flu as a kitten and was chronically snotty all his life. He did not travel at all, and if he was in a car would drool thick yellow saliva through stress, so the vet that saw him on that day thought he was always like this and kept telling me his prognosis wasn't good. Hayloft came to the house and treated him and he lived a further four years with a good quality of life. Paul also saved my Chunks life after he got himself trapped for three and a half weeks with no food or water. Look at him now. ”
